WebIf you are on Windows 10, you could probably install mit-scheme on WSL (Window Support for Linux). WSL is pretty nice. If you have the 19041 build you can use WSL2 which uses an actual linux kernel. This is anecdotal, but a friend of mine had good experiences with using on Windows in our SICP reading group.
