By all means the gun is pretty much a less powerful sniper against shielded targets, has next to no flinch and get two tap pretty much anyone in PvP. In PvE once you break a shield just click the head and enemy falls over dead. It's a 3 tap. #6 WebLinear Fusion Rifles are more useful then standard sniper rifles. Linear Fusions need their flinch nerfs soon. The two play styles are more aggressive but have the player rely on a secondary, more active utility (i.e., wall hacks or chain lighting damage) before they secure a kill with their weapon.
