WebJul 15, 2024 · Hi, please provide suggestions on Datastores, recently we added 4 hosts (6.5u1) in vCenter (6.5u2) and mapped the iSCSI storage from the array, its showing the LUN's mapped to the iqn groups in the storage array. I suspect then you are not seeing the lun when you are connected to vCenter, in this case, if the lun is presented to all hosts in the cluster, then connect to one of the esxi hosts directly and provision that lun. Once provisioned, rescan the hosts in vCenter.

On the new datastore type choose VMFS file system to be used on disk/LUN., Click Next. Select a name and disk/LUN for provisioning the datastore. Verify that the LUN is configured correctly for use with the ESXi host.
