WebFeb 12, 2024 · I had a perfectly working new Canon DR-C230 scanner, installed on my HP, Windows 10, desktop. Then I accepted the Windows 11 update. That was the end of using a great scanner. I updated the drivers, still not working, after a few hours of messing with the scanner, the drivers, and the OS. I guess I'm not alone. &^%$#@!!! WebMar 5, 2016 · Open Start menu.
