I'm facing an issue with BitLocker. when I try to enter BitLocker it accepts on 1st screen, but when I try to enter on 2nd screen it is not accepting the keyboard input. Tried with an external keyboard as well. Even the on-screen keyboard did not work. I didn't see the key you posted before it was removed, but whatever it was, if it had letters in it, it was not a BitLocker Recovery Key.
